How to find Lithium

Probably the most basic but annoying thing in Subnautica to find is Lithium. It is essential for Reinforcements in Seabases and without them you can't make a very useful base. And even more important, you need 5 Lithium to make the 5 Plasteel Ingots to make the Cyclops!

So, how do you find it?

The most easiest way to find it is to go to the Mushroom Forest Biome. To find the closest one, follow the outside perimeter of where Radiation starts killing you near the Aurora. Keep staying right outside the border where it says "Radiation Detected". And follow that until you see Tree-like figures with large mushrooms growing on them.
